The GSupt, E Comp M C Hadjiconstantas attended the Installation Convocation of the oldest Chapter in Cyprus, St. Paul’s Chapter No. 2277. He was accompanied by a retinue of District Grand Chapter Officers, which included the District 2nd and 3rd Principals.
St. Paul’s Chapter works the Traditional Ritual, which includes unique ceremonies and lectures, while the Chapter’s Principals use the Traditional Crowns during the ceremonies.
During the preceding Masonic year St. Paul’s Chapter performed a record number of Exaltations, with 8 Master Masons completing their Masonic journey through the three Degrees by joining the Holy Royal Arch. A similar record is foreseen for the new Masonic year, with a number of Royal Arch Companions also applying to become joining members. This growth was commended by the GSupt, who stressed the importance of encouraging Master Masons to take the next step in Pure and Ancient Freemasonry by joining a Royal Arch Chapter.
